Resend Verification Email not a link

  • Hi,
    I’m using this plugin together with Memberpress.
    When a user tries logging in before verifying I get “Error: Resend verification email” however it is not a link, just text.
    We do also have a “forgot password” page which we added, and if they use that – first they get email with a password reset link, then on the page they can reset password but once they click “udpate” they get same error “resend verification email” – and in this case it is a link. Yet it does let them reset the password.
    Any idea why in the first instance it is not a link?

    Hi, could you please check user verification plugin settings and make sure you select the user verification page, see the screenshot

    Hi,
    Turns out I should have updated Memberpress, rookie mistake. It is fine now.
    However, it states that there is no need to set a Verification page “Select page where verification will process. default home page if select none.”
    So do I need it or not? And does it need the shortcode?
