    Hi. Is there a way to resend the email with the tracking number to the customer? The customer indicates he has not received the email and it is not in the spam folder. I tested and did not receive the email either. Where can I click to resend it? Thank you.

    Hi @minemate,

    No, there is not a way to resend the the completed order status email.

    You can change the order status to processing and after that change to completed to completed order status email will trigger again.
