    Hey there,

    is it possible to send a new payment link to the customer after their payment via Woo payments failed (card declined)?

    Thank you for reaching out to us! I’m here to help you with your query about resending a payment link to your customer after a failed transaction. Yes, it’s possible to resend a payment link to your customer. Here’s how you can do it:

    • Go to the WooCommerce > Orders page and click on the order that needs the payment link to be resent.
    • Once you’re viewing the order, you’ll see an option to edit the incomplete order. Here, you can add a payment method directly under the billing address section. For a visual guide, you can refer to this screenshot:
      • After updating the payment method, you can use the Email invoice/order details to the customer option, which you can find on the right sidebar of the order page. This will send an email to your customer with the invoice and a payment link. Here’s what the option looks like:
        • Your customer will receive an email that includes a Pay for this order link. By clicking on this link, they will be directed to a payment page where they can complete their order. Here’s an example of what the email will look like:

          Typically, payment gateway providers, including WooPayments, charge a small fee for each transaction, including failed ones, as they still need to process the transaction.

          Also, WooPayments uses a “pay-as-you-go” pricing model. In other words, there are no setup fees, monthly fees, or other hidden charges. Instead, our fees are deducted directly from each payment made via WooPayments. More info: https://woocommerce.com/document/woopayments/fees-and-debits/
