Resend new order notification not working for customer

Hello,
For some reason, the “Resend email about a new order” option in WooCommerce does not work for me. The notification is sent to the admin via email, but the client does not receive it.
I tried to add {customer_email} after a comma to the recipient section (for NEW ORDER) but it doesn’t work either. I also tried to give this code myself instead of the admin’s e-mail – then there is no e-mail anywhere (neither to the client nor to the admin – which is a good clue).
