    Hi there, new order notifications on my Woocommerce website as working right, but in woocommerce when you open an order there is an option to Send the new order email again to the admin of the website under “Order actions”.

    This button is not working and trying to send the notification through it results in nothing.

    I was able to try resending a new order notification and can confirm that it works just fine with the latest version of WooCommerce.

    So that I can have a better understanding of your site set up, please share your system status report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support, copy and paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

    Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.

    Also, could you please share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs. You could copy and paste your reply or share it via Mozilla Community Pastebin and share the link here.

    Hi, there are no fatal logs related to woocommerce in the logs section. About troubleshooting, I am receiving emails when the order is first received, but triggering that specific Order action does nothing. If I try to resend invoice to the client, they are able to get it.

    But sending a new order notificatin again, does not work.

    Thank you for the information. Can you confirm you’re clicking on the little arrow and not on update button https://prnt.sc/BpbtB5Hfig-9? Can you share more details of what happens when you click on the little arrow to resent the notification? Do you get any errors on your page or the browser’s console?

    Can you enable the WP Email Logging plugin to learn more about this issue?

    @omarfpg It was the little arrow icon, I was pressing the update button instead.
