    When I click “Resend” on an email from the Email Log page, it fails and the Details say “Invalid “From” e-mail address “From Name <>” … so it seems like the From email address is disappearing in this process.

    Also, I was wondering if you had considered for the Fallback SMTP sending (which was my suggestion glad it worked out!) to be able to send a Test email for the Fallback option to make sure that is working also. Cheers.

    I hope you are doing well.

    Thank you for approaching us regarding the issue you are facing. Can you please confirm that the test email is also shown this error? It seems like any other plugin, theme or filter overriding your ‘From email’ address. Make sure checkboxes (Prevent theme or plugin overriding this) should be checked on the All Settings > Message Tab.

    Thank you for giving us the suggestions. We had already thought about this and it has been added to our backlog. We will share it with you once it’s ready.
