    Hi, I was trying to implement (unsuccess) and I’m here to suggest an inclusion to the emails classes that provide the ability to resend the emails directly from the WooCommerce Order. That’s fundamental to the daily activity of a store that really sells courses…

    Sometimes the email can be detected by spam forcing the seller to contact the user and creating the credentials manually at Moodle because it doesn’t stay registered anywhere at the WordPress panel. At least if the user credentials was writen at the order info in WooCommerce we would avoid to create multiple credentials for the same client;

  • Please note as per the default flow of MooWoodle, the moodle user gets created only when the order status will be completed.

    Now, as we are also not keeping any credential of the moodle user password in WordPress (to keep the privacy of Moodle users), hence, I am afraid, the email order info will not have the user’s credentials in it.

    Let us know if you need any further clarification.

    Okay, thank you for your clarification.

    But it just make this plugin useless. The users are complaining about not receiving the email, forcing me to add them manually leading to the same work I would have without it.

    Have a great life ??

    We have checked it on our server it is perfectly working.

    We would request you to go to your Moodle site > Administration > Site administration > Security > Site policies and make sure that the “Password policy” is Unchecked. If not, then please uncheck the option and click on the “Save changes” button.

    The issue is that the student password in woocommerce purchasing is not valid for moodle, the “password Policy” is unchecked.
    With new release moodle generate new password?

    It is perfectly working for a low amount of users and controlled environment. Remember, the possibility of the email getting spam is not over our control. The possibility of resend is imperative to be a real life applicable plugin, but I already paid $ 80 for another one that allow me to resend, problem solved.
