    Is there a way we can resend email order receipt to customers? We are only using the free version of the plugin and I need to resend some email to some customers as they have incorrect total price. Is this possible? How do we do this?

    I believe the order receipt is handled by the payment gateway, itself if you are using Tickets Commerce. You can try to resend it from within PayPal and/or Stripe.

    I see that you are unable to resend the email from the Attendees page?

    Thanks for the reply.

    Sorry for the confusion of the terms. What I meant was the system email being sent to the customer after the customer has purchased the ticket. Or sorry I think this is the actual ticket? I think this is being handled by the plugin? I want to resend it as there was an incorrect info. And yes I can’t resend the email in the Attendees page.

    Just checking to see if you are still having issues? For the email you are trying to re-send, is it the order confirmation email or the ticket email?
