    under page cache I am adding
    unix:///home/sys/memcached.sock
    instead of a ip address.

    I keep getting error.
    The following memcached servers are not responding or not running:
    Page Cache: unix:///home/sys/memcached.sock.
    This message will automatically disappear once the issue is resolved.

    Resellerpanel is showing that memcached is working and it connects with other plugins. Can you help me connect?

    You can use the socket system rather than port but the format should be the following:
    unix:/home/sys/memcached.sock
