Reschedule Booking – Button not appearing in user Profil

  • I have activated the reschedule option….but logged to profile users just get the button to cancel the booking…no button for reschedule appears.

    What can i do? All looks fine setup so far…

    Hi,

    make sure that you have “Change order” option enabled. It’s required to make the reschedule button working.

    Where to find the next:

    I see only the option; Settings > Boekingsrules and on the bottom the option to switch cancel order on and off, but not a “Reschedule” button.

    Please help!, because the “Reschedule” button isn’t working on the account page.
