Requirment of Theme Development

    I Want to Upload theme on WordPress. so i have some queries for related theme upload.

    1. Can We use theme options in free theme? we are using SMOF framework for theme options.

    2. It is mandatory to use customizer in free theme.

    3. Can we provided paid plugin in our theme.
