When pushing the checkout button, I′m getting the error message “fill in your address”, although it`s already filled in. After some tests, I figured out it′s requiring that all the fields in either billing ou shipping info are filled in to move on, even if the checkbox for “ship to different address” is unchecked. (The plugin is configured NOT to force shipping address). Can anybody help?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi there @andrehoisel,

    Thanks for reaching out!

If I got it right, you get an error that your address is not filled in even though the billing address is fully filled in and Ship to a different address? is unchecked.

This is not something I can replicate on my test site so I suspect there is another plugin or your theme conflicting here.
    ?
The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem: refresh your checkout page and try to fill in your address

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Let us know how that goes!

    Hi there @andrehoisel,
