I’m having a problem where logged in users are unable to view pages that should be available to their membership level. They are receiving a “You need to login to view this content” message. I have checked that their membership level is selected for being able to see the pages. It is really frustrating me and my clients. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Also happens to me – I can only view the content through the preview page.

WP-Members can support levels, but that requires some customization. While what is needed to do this is available in the documentation, users who are able to do this on their own would probably frame this question differently (i.e. indicating they’ve implemented some custom code and need help working through the details).

I’m not sure we are talking about the same plugin. Is this the plugin we are talking about?

Ah! I’m so sorry I am in the wrong plugin support forum. I apologize for the confusion.
