Requires to create account sending sms

  • Requires you to create an account with Sendinblue, asks for phone number to send sms to verify, but sms is not received even adding another phone number.
    Can’t create account, can’t use plugin. Uninstalling and NOT recomending. No one has contacted me to help me out with the issue. Not a trusted company.

    Thank you, I just used another worderful plugin that doesn′t prevent possible customers to become happy customers :). Tried giving Sendinblue a chance, but the way you have it setup to start using it is not user friendly, not everybody has time o wants to contact you and wait for a resolution and was going on with a forced sms that isn′t received.

    @biancortes thank you for your review. There can be a few different reasons why SMS might not make it. The only way for us to help with this specific inquiry is via a support ticket.
