Hey guys, theres a problem with the plugin. Have tried it on 2 sites, one of them a fresh install. It activates, allows me to register, then says “This theme requires the IgnitionDeck WordPress Crowdfunding Plugin”. Following that link just takes me to your site which I can’t log into. So seems like there’s no way to finish the installation process. I’m trying to check out the free version to see what it looks like.

It says “Use the commerce selector below to choose an eCommerce platform for use with IgnitionDeck Crowdfunding (IDCF)” but there’s no selector (I guess because IDCF isn’t installed…).

Clicking on “Configure Ignitiondeck” brings up a “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page” – again I guess because IDCF isn’t installed.

    Any thoughts?

  • I have the same error as Gureu… any help with that?

    thnaks

Cruzz, do you have IgnitionDeck Crowdfunding (IDCF) activated?

HI I was checking in my plugins list and I have
    IgnitionDeck
    Details | Installed
    1.0.8

I have an account in IgnitionDeck. When I go to the dashboard I dont see anylink to download the IgnitionDeck Crowdfunding

Addionally there is a comment in the tutorial

“If you are unable to find the download, or your download package is incomplete or corrupted, please contact us via one of the support methods above.”

What i have to do? thanks

Did you register for the launchpad account? If so, you should see IgnitionDeck Crowdfunding (1.4.1+). If not, can you try using the update button on the IgnitionDeck menu?

I dont know if I registered for that account… how Can I check that? could you please sent to me the URL to verify that?

I just received an email to login here

    https://ignitiondeck.com/id/dashboard

Additionally when I click on the button UPDATE IDCF i receive this error

Warning: file_put_contents(/home/public_html/wp-content/plugins/idcf_latest.zip) [function.file-put-contents]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ignitiondeck/idf-functions.php on line 19

Warning: ZipArchive::extractTo() [ziparchive.extractto]: Invalid or unitialized Zip object in /home/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ignitiondeck/idf-functions.php on line 23

Warning: ZipArchive::close() [ziparchive.close]: Invalid or unitialized Zip object in /home/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ignitiondeck/idf-functions.php on line 24

Warning: unlink(/home/public_html/wp-content/plugins/idcf_latest.zip) [function.unlink]: No such file or directory in /home/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ignitiondeck/idf-functions.php on line 25

sounds like your folder is not writeable, which results in a failed installation. Do you see an idcf_latest.zip in your wp-content/plugins folder?

No.. any of the .zip file are there… all folder inside of wp-content are 775

APlaying with the permission I put all folder in 777
So, I touched the button UPDATE IDCF
I received permission errors for Owner but seems to be something installled
I checked and now I have IgnitionDeck Plugin 1.4.2

But I cant activite it.. When I do I receive a FATAL error

“Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.”

I changed file owner “Apcahe” by my account.. but still same issue
    What is next?

To your question the answer is Yes

The problem is we have to go into crowdpress dashboard IDC to manually authorize payment so the question is could you grant us the “Automatic Payment Submission Access” without going into the IDC for each campaign submitted, please visit gofundhealth.org to see the payment submittion problem.

    Thanks M Jones

Note we have the ignitiondeck enterprise

    Thanks M Jones

Even with us buying enterprise, adding ignitiondeck to Crowpress means it does not automatically submit payment in (IDC crowdfunding) any more could you please give us the code to add so submission can be automatic

    Thanks M Jones

If you have purchased anything for this plugin, you need to use the developer’s dedicated support channel. These forums are only for free plugin support.

If you are using the free version, please start your own thread – this one is 6 months old and already marked resolved – so it is not a good place to post a new issue. Please see:
