Requires Terms of Service on Signup

    I’ve added ‘Requires Terms of Service on Signup’ to my PM Pro advanced settings (with check box), including adding a Terms of Service page. My courses will be purchased via Clickfunnels, and integrated with Learndash via Zapier. When running a test purchase, the terms of service page did not come up when I signed in as the new user to the portal. Is there something else I need to do to make this work? TIA

    Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro.

    To confirm, you are using the default Paid Memberships Pro checkout page to handle the initial point of registration or are you using ClickFunnels to integration with Paid Memberships Pro and LearnDash?

    The Terms of Service setting mentioned only shows up on the Paid Memberships Pro checkout page, it does not nudge user’s to agree to this if they are created elsewhere and log in.

    The checkout is on Clickfunnels and the integration sends the info through, so that explains why the page isn’t showing. Is there another way to have the Terms of service agreement (with active check box) show before they first use the portal?

    You would need to use a third-party plugin that tracks privacy policy, terms and condition agreements instead.
