Requires a Google API key, but doesn't specify which type of key

  • I was unable to get this plugin working at all, despite trying every type of API key I could imagine (and getting different error results each time).

  • Maybe you just did not realize that after installed and configured you have to use the wordpress standard search widget and result page.
    You will not see any google like stuff, this is precisely the cool feature of this plugin.
