    (PHP 5.2.17+ is required) Pass
    CHECKS
    Web Server: Apache Good
    Open Base Dir: Off Good

    Copy pasted from Installer Php.
    Please advise urgently, thanks in advance.

    The package file will need to be in the same directory as the installer, and the file should be completely uploaded/download. If your still seeing that issue then the PHP owner of the process may be having issues reading the package…
