    Sorry for responding late to this. The salesforce Company parameter is required field to register a lead. We have mapped salesforce Company to BusinessName in wordpress input form and it might be possible that either you are keeping BusinessName blank at time of user registration or you are not using BusinessName input field in your user registration form. We will make BusinessName required in user registration form in next version update of this plugin ASAP.
