• I just started to use this plugin and it is AWESOME!

I am installing this on a few sites I manage, and all was going well. On one of them (StreetAD – just my reference), when I go to switch, I am required to sign in as that person. I see the link to ‘Switch Back’.

All other plugins were disabled and it still occurred.

    Any thoughts?

Can you clear all your cookies and try again?

If that doesn’t work, what exactly happens when you click the Switch To link?

After you click Switch To, can you then manually browse the front end of the site or to /wp-admin and if so are you successfully logged in as your target user?

    Hello John,
I’ve the same problem. (Plugin is a really good idea).

I’m using with WooCommerce. Did you find a solution?

    Hello John,

I too am experiencing this behavior after a few years of it working flawlessly.

I tried clearing cookies with no joy.

I want to report that I did find a solution for me. I had WPSecurity configured to do Force Logout. Disabling this allowed me to switch users again. Yay?

I would like to have Force Logout. It makes me nervous to allow members to have a session open for days and days and days…

    Kindest Regards,
    Carol

Thanks Carol. Still not working for me. I’ve deactivated all plugin and it still won’t work. Even deleted some plugins and removed files left behind. It works on the www domain but not the sub domain, so as a plugin, it’s really useful.

I understand the free status only goes so far with regards to fixing / development.

    Is there a paid version?
