required text field on product page not working

It is a free version.

Thanks for you message. You have enabled Product Input Fields per Product Options. So you need to apply settings in edit product page. Can you please share screenshots of edit product settings.

Another thing is that when I tick “required” box, ajax add to card stops working. Product can be added but not showing up in the checkout.

Apologies, I got it all wrong.
With “required” ticked, product is not added to the cart as it should not be. So this is ok. Still the thing is that notifications do not show up.

Thanks for sharing shreenshot. I have checked your settings. You haven’t checked ‘Required’ checkbox in your edit product page. Also please add message in ‘Message on required’ textbox.

Ok, I have done as per your instruction and still no message pops up.

Previously mentioned product is out of stock, so I changed settings in this one.

Also I have noticed 6 js errors in chrome console. Would it be any clue?

Can you please share a screenshot of your edit product ‘Product Input Fields’ settings of the below product. So we can try to replicate the issue in our demo server.

Hello I have the same problem above.
I use the free version (for now)
I have tried playing it on your demo site and it also occurs there.
Select on the demo with dedication and then do not enter anything in the additional field (text box).
The product will not go into the cart, but no message appears telling the user what to do, this is the problem.
The message notifying the user to fill in the field does not appear.
