Required Tax or VAT Number in the billing data

Additional fields:
I customized and managed the checkout additional fields by adding Text for TAX Or VAT Number.
I flagged the option REQUIRED.

SO, Whan I testing the checkout page input all required data fields, an error message appears: “of billing is a mandatory field.”

How can I solve it?
