    You can fix this with Custom CSS. You can try the following but without access to the site so I can poke it with Firebug, I am just guessing based on past experience with a similar problem:

    /*  Remove the break before the asterisk */
div.ss-q-title label {
    display: none;
}

    Make sure you enable Custom CSS on the plugin settings page or it won’t ever be loaded.
