    Hi @orschiro,

    Usually this happens when using a plugin such as Checkout Field Editor to customize the checkout fields, in which case the settings from that plugin are applied after those of Fluid Checkout.

    These plugins usually save the checkout field customizations to the database, and subsequent changes to the fields settings or newly added fields after these settings are saved are not taken into consideration by the Checkout Field Editor plugin or other similar plugins.

    1. Check your settings for the checkout fields in the Checkout Field Editor plugin settings. The phone fields are probably not showing there or are disabled.

    2. To fix this, you might need to reset field customizations in the Checkout Field Editor settings:

    • Go to WP Admin > WooCommerce > Checkout Form;
    • Open the Billing fields or Shipping fields tab;
    • Click the option “Reset to default fields”;
    • Save your changes.

    This will clear the Checkout Field Editor settings for all the fields and will force it to reload the default and current settings set by WooCommerce and other plugins, including Fluid Checkout.

    I noticed that there was not billing phone field existing yet.

    I created one and now it’s properly showing. ??

    You’re right. Probably again one of those issues when using a checkout field editor. ??
