Required, non-clonable fields

I’m having two problems with this product:

1) I only want one “contact Email”, and it must be required. But when I add a second quantity, it acts as if I must have an email for the second attendee as well and resets the whole form.

2) I want the Attendee’s Full Name to be cloneable, but it clones both the field and it’s contents. I want it to leave the field blank. The users are thinking it’s supposed to have the same name in it.

3) Is it possible to number the second set of fields #2 and the third set #3? Having each one named #1 confuses the person fulfilling the order.
