“Required metadata missing”

    I am using Imagify and finding it useful. For about 15% of my images, however, I get an error message: “This media lacks the required metadata and can’t be optimized.” Those images are not compressed.

    These images are no different from others (same phone camera, no alteration of EXIF), and sometimes if I re-upload the image, I don’t get that error.

    It is bothersome to have to re-upload the images. Is there something I can do to avoid this problem?
