Required Image Pixel Size?

Does the image have to be a certain size? I installed the plugin and assigned one image to one category, but I can’t see the image on any of the posts with that category. I am using a theme that is based on the genesis framework but I have even tried changing the theme to genesis and prototype with no luck.
