Required for checkboxes not works

    Hi,

    We have added 3 checkbox which is ABSOLUTELY a REQUIRED field and all 3 must be checked for a successful completion of form but its not working. User can check any one checkbox and can successful submit the form.
    These are the 3 checkboxes we added.

    1. Agree to the Registration Agreement,
    2. Terms of Use of the website, and
    3. Privacy Policy

    Can you please suggest fix on this.

    Also The reCaptcha sometimes loads and sometimes not on registration page.

    Hi @visgmr,

    We are really sorry for the delayed response. If you want all the options of a single checkbox field to be ticked as mandatory to complete the registration process then currently it is not possible to do so. Users can submit the form even if they tick any one option.

    However, you can meet your requirement by using the different checkboxes with only one option and set the respective fields as a required field. And For the privacy policy, we do have a privacy and policy field too. So In summary you can use three different fields with a single option to meet your current requirements and set all these three fields as required fields.
