Required files on/off functionality

Hi

Thanks for the great plugin.

It would be great to be able to toggle on/off the required fields functionality for each field created. In my case i want to be able to handicap the ‘name’ and ‘phone’ fields so they are not required for valid submission..Does anyone have any suggestions where i can change in code?
