Required Field Error

Hi,
I have been getting the following error when trying to test purchase products on a site I’m making. “R is a required field.”
This comes up even when I have every field on the page filled in. It’s been working before and I have made multiple ‘purchases’ without problems, then I went to change some of the wording for the fields again and it keeps coming up with this error and wont process any orders.
