sorry about the late reply. Yes there is a filter for that which is named torro_required_indicator_description.

You can see it here in the code:

Just add a filter with a function:

function filter_my_text( $text ) {
   return $new_text;
}

add_filter( 'torro_required_indicator_description', 'filter_my_text' );
