Required fields not working

Trouble with the form that doesn’t show the required fields and seems to accept the registration and even goes to the ‘Thank you for registration’ page. But the registration is never recorded by GotoWebinar unless you fill out the entire form (which, without required fields, is really rare).
Is there a solution for that?
There was a solution given 1 year ago, but I’d like to make sure it’s the best one for the 4.1.1. version.
