Required fields not working

    Hello,

    Please what could be wrong, users can still submit form if even if they don’t add data to the fields marked as required, required fields are not being acknowledged during form submission.

    I’ll test if this is the case, it’s certainly possible one of the recent buddypress updates had broken this part

    I have tested and the plugin works fine.

    The issue you are probably having is that you are testing it as an admin. But buddypress does not enforce the required field validation for admin users (you’ll notice this is the case with all xprofile fields)

    Try testing as a normal user and you’ll see my point
