Required Fields Not Working

    Hi People,
    Anyone help with this OR know why it’s happening, I have a form on this page and clicking submit on the form AFTER filling in name/email/telephone and leaving out some date fields I get an Oops! That page can’t be found ….. ??? WHEN it should be returning “required fields”

    Anyone know what this is, and how to fix ?? is it a bug ?

    What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

    BTW, I couldn’t access the site because of the HTTP 503 error, which says: “Block Reason: Access from your area has been temporarily limited for security reasons.” I can only give you general advice if you don’t allow me to access the site.
