Required fields not working

Even if the fields are required it redirects to cart without customer selecting any option.

Hi, hope you are fine.
I purchased this plugin. Plug-in is nice but field do not look like demo. Selectable field do not open, upload file fields size is very small, not add amount saparatly in product page etc, i am sharing link bellow. Kindly check and tell how it will solve. Thanks
