Required Fields not Sending in Email

    ok – I got it figured out:

    in the “Mail” section on the right side there is a area called “Message Body”. You will need to build the email message with the info you wish to have sent from the form. For instance:

    [your-name]
    [street-name]
    [your-email]
    [phone]
