Required fields in new post page

Hello everyone!

I am looking for a plugin (hope there is one) that gives anyone who writes a blog post, the ability to insert some required fields on this post (like custom fields, but required, so the post cannot be published unless those fields are filled with data).

Is there any solution to that or I have to make my custom code (new form under the post editor) in order to get things done?
