Required Field Error

Hi, thank you for your plugin and dedication to WordPress!

I am having trouble with a Required field error. I have seen this numerous times in your forum. So, I know you will want to learn specific facts.
Facts:
I have tried turning off all plugins and using a default theme, but the
error persists.
I have no syntax errors.
I am using WordPress version 6.4.2
All my plugins, including Contact Form 7, are up-to-date, except WP Bakery and Slider Revolution, which need to be purchased to update. I am just waiting for the theme to update them.
The theme is up-to-date.
I have tried 3 contact form variations. None of them work.
