    Hi,

    Love the plugin. We are using it for our free coding club for young people for our registration form for the new term. But when testing it, I’m hitting a block on the radio button on step 2, screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/gGqAfyoGZNjM. It was previously a dropdown menu, but I got the same error.

    You can try it for yourself on the URL I have above – it’s the Step 2 of 3, Child’s information.

    It’s running on the most up to date version of the plugin. Any suggested fixes would be much appreciated!
