• I downgrade plugin and solve this problem.

I am getting the same issue.

Address

This field is required and cannot be empty.

If you look at previous forum posts, everyone who updated to 3.0.9 or later is having the same issue, and version 3.1 did not fix it. As a temporary measure, switching back to version 3.0.8 fixes it. The plugin author has been unresponsive.

where can i find a previous version of the plugin?

I found it – and it’s working as designed now – will not upgrade to the newest version until it’s fixed

@hollypowell please tell me where you found the older version of the plugin, as I am having issues with it as well since the update – all worked perfectly well before, can one download 3.0.8 again – I don’t have a roll-back plug-in installed, and not tech-savvy enough in coding to do it manually?

Thank you @heklaterriol I found it and installed it on the 3.0.8 version, and the problem disappeared – so all sorted, the only problem now is that I keep getting update requests in the dashboard because I have the older version installed, but I will wait for one or two more updates and then try to update, BUT I am keeping the 3.0.8 zip file for a back up just in case the same problem pops up again!

I have this problem too. I changed required to ‘No’ and it works ok. However, unless it is fixed I will have to find another plugin. Had thought I’d go to VFB Pro, but not as long as this issue persists. I prefer not to go back to ver. 3.08 and hope site owner resolves it.

I can’t get a response on the VFB PRO support either, so I am not sure what to do about this. They don’t have chat, email, or a number to call either. It is strictly ticket based. This is so frustrating.

Same problem here. Had to go back to version 3.0.6
