Required Blubrry account and hosting

  • This plugin does not let you host your podcast files but needs some other third party host like Blubrry, which of course will cost money! There is no noeed plugin for that if you already hosting it in Blubrry servers or somewhere else.

    This is not true, you can use PowePress without using any Blubrry services.
    Most podcasters use PowerPress with their own hosting. All you need to do is enter the media URL into the media URL box, click “Verify” and then publish.

    If you want to be able to be able to upload your media, have the ID3 tags written from your blog post show notes, post to social sites, get detailed podcast statistics, etc.. Then we do offer Podcast Hosting that ties into PowerPress, but it is not required to use the plugin.
