Require users select a category before publishing a Post?

    Hi,

    Is there any way to require the user to select a category before publishing a post? (A Custom Post Type and a custom category and also created with Types Plugin).

    When the user (Author) publish a post, if he does not select a category, will see an error message: “You must select a category before publishing a post”.

    Any hook that I can add in the functions of the theme?
