Require Signed URLs

When I mark the option “Require Signed URLs” in the video inside Cloudflare dashboard the video stop to working on my page. All my users need to be logged in to see the video, but for some reason, the video is not played :/

The error message say: DASH playlist request error at URL: https://videodelivery.net/84e2c7911ba273d1551409fc1a443bcd/manifest/video.mpd

But sometimes (After refreshing the screen) the error message is: The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported.
