Require previous version v3.1.0

It seems that the next version after v3.1.0 does not allow you to search and replace anything that has your URL in the string.
For e.g. if you want to replace all strings with “https://domain.com/wp-content/uploads/” to “/wp-content/uploads/” you cannot do it. There are other search and replace queries that I need to fix that include my domain.

I believe version v3.1.0 will still allow that.

Please help!
