    I receive a new user registration email to my admin account if I set the user role to auto approve.

    If it is set to “Require Admin Review”; ironically the admin doesnt receive an email. Even the visitor doesnt get an email notification.

    This is currently on a test site so cant share URL

    Basically the emails are not triggered under certain cases… kindly take a look and suggest a resolution at its earliest please!

    Could you please provide a screenshot of your Email settings?

    Please go to WP Admin > Ultimate Member > Settings > Emails( screenshot from top to bottom page )

    “Account Needs Review Notification” is disabled.

    Could you please enable the “Account Needs Review Notification” in the Email settings?

    1. Click on the “Gear icon” at the right side of “Account Needs Review Notification”
    2. Check the checkbox field “Account Needs Review Notification”
    3. Hit on “Save changes”
    4. Test the Registration process again

    This worked.
    I just figured it out myself as well. Dumb of me to ask ??

    I had another query about GoogleMaps on the form section. Should I raise a new ticket?
