    Hello there,

I’ve just installed WP-Lister Lite for Amazon for a client.

I would like to sync my WooCommerce products to Amazon, it is variables products.

During my first export to Amazon, got this error : “Error 99003: A required value is missing for the specified variation theme: [size_name = null], [variation_theme = “Taille”].”

    Could anyone please help ?

    Thanks

    Hello @arthrnvrn.

I am happy to assist you today.

This error is stating that since you set the “variation theme” as “Taille” you now need to provide the values for this “Taille” field in the listing profile.

First, you want to make sure that you selected a variation theme value from the section labelled “Select from allowed values” in the drop down selector of the variation theme field in the listing profile. Amazon only allows you to use approved values for this field.

If “Taille” is an approved value for the variation theme, then you will need to locate the “Taille” field in the listing profile and provide the values there. Most users will click the magnifying glass next to the field and then select their product attribute to have WP-Lister pull each value from each variation and submit them to Amazon.

If the field for this “Taille” field is a drop down, you can do the same by selecting a value in the “Pull value from product attribute” section of the drop down (only global attributes can be used here, custom attributes will not show in the drop down).

The variation theme tells Amazon what makes your variations differ. You then have to provide the values for the variation theme.

    Kind regards,
    John

    Hello John,

Thank you for your fast reply.

This problem seems now to be fixed, but now I’ve got another problem in the “Feeds” section : “Error: 85% of the products in your file did not process successfully. We recommend using Check My File to help you identify and correct common listing errors before updating your inventory. To use Check My File, upload your file on the “Add Products via Upload” page in the “Check My File” section. (90215)”

ps : in my Amazon seller’s dashboard, there is no prices and stock synced.

Thank you in advance for your support

    Hey Arthur.

That message is a “default” error if you will that appears from time to time but is not the actual issue, it simply tells you the % of listings that failed out of the total in the feed. There should be another error in the feed that would tell you what is wrong. That error is generic and does not tell us anything about what the issue is.

    Kind regards,
    John

Another thing Arthur, I would recommend you send support a feed by following this doc: There were some errors when processing my feed. Can you help me fix them?

    All the best!

    I see.

I think this, is the reason why my product’s feed doesn’t work: “Error 8560: SKU ABELLA-BLAC767-36, Missing Attributes color. SKU ABELLA-BLAC767-36 doesn’t match any ASINs. Make sure that all standard product ids (such as UPC, ISBN, EAN, or JAN codes) are correct. To create a new ASIN, include the following attributes: color. Feed ID: 0. For more troubleshooting help, see https://sellercentral.amazon.fr/gp/errorcode/200692370 “.

I don’t have any color variation, only size, so that’s strange.

Also, I sent you the details from my listing data feed.

    Hope we’ll solve this.

    Thank you so much
