Hey so awesome plugin! Would be even better in my opinion if you could do the following:

threelines – Place these in the top right corner of the and have them move with the push so they end up in the right corner when the page slides.

threelines – It would also be nice if they turned into an “x” when the mobile menu is displayed.

responsive-menu-title – This area shouldn’t show when in the mobile menu when left blank.

Menu Width – Would be nice if could be customized by px, em, or longest string length. Maybe even a min width setting. So you could say make the mobile-menu 25% screen size but not smaller than 127px.

  • Hi jFlatz,

Please see the response to your questions below:

    1. If the three lines move to the right when the page slides, won’t this mean that it will become un-clickable and you won’t be able to close the menu again?

    2. I can certainly look at adding the option to turn to an x when the menu is displayed

    3. I can change it so if there is no title then this section is removed for you.

    4. I can look at giving the option of a minimum pixel width if you wish?

I am on the verge of releasing the 1.9 version and was going to by the end of the weekend, I will see how many of your options I can squeeze in before then and let you know when it’s available for download.

I hope all the above helps you!

    Many thanks

    Thanks!

In refrence to 1) check out Jameson’swebsite.

    2) thank you!!

    3)again thank you!

    4) This would be low priority for me. I’m not that concerned by it as if I wan’t a min or max I can easily do so with css.

    Thanks for being awesome!

    Hi jFlatz,

    Thanks for the response.

I have looked at the Jameson’s website on my phone and actually I could probably implement this as an extra option for you if you wish.

I will add it as an option rather than a default behaviour as a lot of people don’t use this and it would change the behaviour of their current sites.

I’m not sure if I will be able to squeeze this into the 1.9 release but I will try my best for you sir!

    Many thanks

Thank you peter! I see you have 1.9 uploaded. When should it become the “current version”? Is this something that wp.org has to vet?

    Hey jFlatz,

It’s currently the 1.9 which you can download if you wish but I am still trying to find time to include your requests in before I release it properly.

It will become the current version when I tell WordPress that I believe it’s ready to become the “stable” version which isn’t quite yet.

I have had a few people test the beta and it is working fine but as I said I just need to add in a couple of your requests to the plug-in and then I can fully release it, this hopefully won’t be too long!

Apologies for the delay, there seems to be requests coming in all over the place at the moment!

    Many thanks

    Peter

    Hey jFlatz,

Version 1.9 is out and has the following added for you:

    1. Change to an x once clicked (this is a first draft and i admit it’s not very pretty currently in terms of animation etc. but it’s a start)

    2. The title section will no longer show if the image and title text are empty

    3. There is now an option to add in a minimum width for the menu.

In terms of moving the 3 lines over when clicked this is something I will need to look at in more detail for a future release I’m afraid.

    I hope the above helps.

    Many thanks
