    I’m using this plugin..

    Requested device not found

    but I got this message when I tried testing it.

    I connected both well.

    could you let me know what the problem is?

    Hi Wany, thanks for reaching out,

    Per the screenshot, your computer/device cannot detect any cameras or video devices. That is at least from the perspective of the browser you are using – not all browsers support local camera acquisition.

    If you positively have a working camera, try one or more of the following:
    * restart your computer/device
    * try another browser
    * troubleshoot the camera hardware and drivers
    * see if the camera is visible via the following page https://webcamtests.com/

    Let us know the results, we may be able to provide further guidance.
