Request: Way To Use As Email Log Only

Could you make it possible to use this plugin as an Email Log only? I find the Email Log very valuable, and on some sites I do not wish to change the send email settings away from the WordPress default.

However, currently it shows a large warning message at the top of every page when this is the case: “Postman is not configured and is mimicking out-of-the-box WordPress email delivery.”

If it were possible to choose to use the default WordPress email delivery, or just silence this message, then that would allow the plugin to also function as just an Email Log, with the option to change future email delivery settings as needed.
