• Hello everyone,

    we use RFQ Toolkit. When I want to request a product after adding it to the cart and filling in my information, I click on “Send Inquiry” and the site skips to the top and there is a red bar but with no text.
    Additionally I don’t receive an confirmation email. But the order appears in my woocommerce orders.

    What’s the problem?

    I did not get an error. Do you have an error log you can share?

    Activate debugging and get the log. It is hard to tell without a log.

    Hello,

    I fixed it yesterday. I did some changes to the template to adjust it to my needs, but changes to the template seem to cause errors.

    I’ve wanted to delete “billing address” (“Rechnungsadresse”).
    Our customers request availability and pricing of our products. We don’t wanna scare them that they did a contract by requesting.

    Can you help me?

    It does exactly what you are trying to do:
    “The checkout field editor provides you with an interface to add, edit, and remove fields shown on your WooCommerce checkout page”

    Sorry, I’m not trying to customize the checkout fields.
    I’m trying to customize the e-mail our customer receives after placing a request via RFQ.

    Below the table with the products the customers requests is a field saying “billing address” (“Rechnungsadresse”). I want to delete that word in the RFQ-Email-Confirmation.

    For that I can only point you in the right direction. I believe you have to customize email-customer-details.php which is a WooCommerce email template.It is not a function of this plugin.
