Request via RFQ doesn’t work

Hello everyone,
we use RFQ Toolkit. When I want to request a product after adding it to the cart and filling in my information, I click on “Send Inquiry” and the site skips to the top and there is a red bar but with no text.
Additionally I don’t receive an confirmation email. But the order appears in my woocommerce orders.What’s the problem?
